Working alongside the City of Atlanta, Invest Atlanta relaunched the Atlanta Heritage Owner-Occupied Rehab Program, which provides forgivable loans up to $30,000 to homeowners to cover needed repairs and safety hazards.

Working with City leadership, Invest Atlanta directly invested more than $172 million to build and preserve 1,420 affordable housing units in 2023.
