McAuley Park

  • 67 units at 60% AMI.

  • A multi-phased, mixed-use, mixed-income project adjacent to Mercy Care health clinic includes family and senior housing.


Brentwood Commons

  • 36 units at 50% AMI.

  • 572 units at 60% AMI. 

  • 18 units at 80% AMI.


Villages at Carver

  • 110 units at 50% AMI. 

  • 44 units at 60% AMI.  


277 Moreland

  • 54 units at 30% AMI.


Ashley Scholars II

  • 114 units at 60% AMI.

  • 98 units at market rate.


1688 Lakewood

  • 20 units at 60% AMI.

  • 3 units at market rate.


City Lights Boulevard North

  • 88 units at 60% AMI.


East Lake Highrise

  • 149 units at 60% AMI.


Carey Park

  • 5 single-family homes at 80% AMI.

  • 20 single-family homes at 100% AMI.


Herndon Square II

  • 170 units ranging from 60%-80% AMI.

  • Part of the revitalization of former Herndon Homes that includes a mixed-income, mixed-use, master-planned community.


Henderson Place Apartments

  • 76 units ranging from 30%-60% AMI.

  • A redevelopment and new construction project featuring affordable residences, community amenities and commercial space.  


GE Tower 

  • 201 units at 60% AMI.

  • A complete restoration of the historic GE Factory building featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
