A Downtown Transformation

The City of Atlanta and Invest Atlanta are revitalizing the 2 Peachtree Street property into a vibrant residential, mixed-use project. The tower was once the tallest building in the Southeast when it was constructed in 1966. Its adaptive re-use and residential conversion represents a concerted effort to transform Downtown Atlanta into a world-class destination.

2 Peachtree presents a unique opportunity to think creatively about ways to revitalize vacant office space and breathe new life into our downtown.
