Tickets for Good is a U.K.-based tech startup that enriches lives and fosters positive social impact through greater access to live events for those who serve the community. Partnering with renowned events, artists, brands and charities, Tickets for Good brings new audiences and future fans to undersold events through strategic ticket distribution, innovative CSR-focused marketing and ticketing platform integrations. The company recently opened its U.S. headquarters in the Atlanta Tech Village.

 
 
 

Ethiopian Airlines Delegation

Invest Atlanta hosted an Ethiopian Airlines Delegation as part of the airline’s inaugural flight to Atlanta. Ethiopian Airlines is now flying a new route between Ethiopia’s capital city of Addis Ababa and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Operating four times a week, the new route is expected to boost investment, tourism, diplomatic and socioeconomic bonds between the two regions.

 

Sint Maarten Delegation

Invest Atlanta and the Mayor’s Office of International and Immigrant Affairs welcomed a delegation from Sint Maarten to foster collaboration and cultural understanding and promote Atlanta’s excellence in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. The delegation included Sint Maarten Minister of Finance Ardwell Irion, Senior Policy Officer Christian Grannum, U.S. State Department representative Kristin Lundberg and Islandpreneur representative Ife Badejo.

 

London Mission Trip

Invest Atlanta President and CEO Dr. Eloisa Klementich accompanied Mayor Andre Dickens on an economic development trip to London focusing on fintech, food access and football. The Atlanta delegation met with London Deputy Mayor for Business Rajesh Agrawal along with leaders from the Independent Grocers Association and Sage, which is set to open its new North America headquarters near Ponce City Market in the fall of 2024.
